Life on the Gold Coast
The lifestyle that you always dreamed of ... can be yours.
The Gold Coast is not only Australia's premier tourist destination; it is the City where you can bring your family to enjoy "the good life". Where the weather is beautiful one day - perfect the next. It boasts 42 kilometres of magnificent white sandy beaches set against deep blue skies, bounded by a subtropical hinterland offering scenic drives and cool rainforest walks. With a warm, sub tropical climate all year round, reduced cost of living, less traffic congestion and diverse, affordable housing, you really couldn't ask for more.
Employment Opportunities
Tourism is one of the Gold Coast's successful employment generators and has been growing at 3.5% annually for the past 20 years. Of equal significance are the diversified industries such as filmmaking, high technology, medical research, luxury boat building and English language study by overseas students. The City has become well known for its excellent convention venues. The latest addition is the Gold Coast Convention Centre, situated in the heart of Broadbeach, and linked by an overhead walkway to the fabulous Jupiters casino.
Educate Your Children
The Gold Coast's first "super school", Varsity College, adjacent to Bond University currently caters for students within the Varsity District. Other areas offer excellent private colleges and state schools. For tertiary education, the Gold Coast offers three universities (including Australia's only private university, Bond University) and two technical colleges.
Health
There are currently three public hospitals and seven private hospitals, plus the new state of the art Accident and Emergency Department situated at the Robina Campus of the Gold Coast Hospital. Our Primary School children are treated to free dental care by visiting dental nurses.
We look forward to helping you find your new home.

- The pool and surrounds should be clean and any water feature should be operating.
- Nothing says welcome like the perfume of fresh flowers or the aroma of home baking.
C. Lastly, allow the purchaser some private time to inspect the property with your agent.
- Unfortunately, purchasers do not feel comfortable inspecting properties when the owners are present and this could cost you the sale.
